Cha Gio — Vietnamese-style crispy spring rolls — are a Lê La signature and one of the most frequently mentioned dishes in our customer reviews. We hand-roll each piece in the kitchen and fry them to order so the wrapper shatters at the first bite while the savoury filling stays juicy. Inside you will find a traditional blend of seasoned ground pork, wood ear mushroom, glass noodles and aromatics.
